I solemnly pledge myself before God and in the presence of this assembly, to pass my life in purity and to practise my profession faithfully. I will abstain from whatever is deleterious and mischievous, and will not take or knowingly administer any harmful drug. I will do all in my power to maintain and elevate the standard of my profession, and will hold in confidence all personal matters committed to my keeping, and all family affairs coming to my knowledge in the practice of my calling. With loyalty will I endeavor to aid the physician in his work, and as a 'missioner of health' I will dedicate myself to devoted service to human welfare.

"Clients who work with Pulse will know they are working with a team committed to quality, safety and ethics" says Will Adkins, Pulse Executive Director. "Caregivers will have more opportunities in quality facilities and also know their personal information is secure and handled properly."

Pulse commitment to a higher standard!
January 5, 2019
Pulse Clinical Alliance, a nation wide clinical staffing firm that provides highly qualified caregivers to facilities, is undergoing a comprehensive evaluation by The Joint Commission Certification Team. The evaluation focuses on their ability to provide competent staffing services and evaluates performance, placement criteria, continuing education, training and other key administrative areas.
Pulse has said the process will touch all of it's internal teams: Leadership, Recruitment, Human Resources, Finical and Information Management teams. Pulse's leadership completed it's gap analysis to establish a baseline view of their current alignment to Join Commission requirements and immediately implemented actionable steps to achieve it's goal.
"This is a key initiative for us" says Will Adkins, Pulse's Executive Director. "The opportunity for us to show our commitment to higher standards in this way creates the right combination of credibility with accountability."
